Job Title: Team Member/Real Estate Associate

Job Location: Denver Metro Area, Colorado *must be local

Compensation: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Studying current market and trends 
• Following up with lead generation
• Tracking client database
• Prospecting to target audience and client database
• Communicating with client database
• Researching and analyzing the current market, developing real estate comps
• Scheduling listing/buyer appointments
• Maintaining property listings
• Showing homes and guide clients according to team standards of performance
• Writing, presenting and negotiating offers and contracts per team methodologies
• Creating and presenting listing presentations
• Coordinating transactions through to closing
• Assisting sellers and buyers
• Coordinating with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, attorneys, contractors, and home inspectors
• Obtaining client testimonials and feedback

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 real estate transactions completed- more is a plus. 

• High level of verbal and written communications skills

• Exemplary time management skills

• Comprehension of real estate systems and procedures

• Knowledge of real estate technology is an advantage

• Familiarity and comfort with the Denver Metro 

Education/License Requirements

• Real Estate License

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field is an advantage
