Real Estate Finance Attorney – Mid-Level to Senior Associate / Of Counsel

Our client, a well-established, lifestyle-focused law firm, is seeking a real estate finance attorney to join its Real Estate & Business practice in San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level or Senior Associate, or Of Counsel attorney, with at least six years of substantive transactional experience, who is looking for sophisticated work in a more sustainable environment.

Key Highlights:

• Reasonable billable hour target of 1600 hours/year

• Substantive deal work with meaningful client interaction from day one

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience with mortgage, mezzanine, and preferred equity finance
• Strong background in joint venture equity transactions and complex commercial purchase and sale deals
• Prior lead deal responsibility and ability to manage transactions with minimal supervision
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills
• Clear communication skills and high attention to detail
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to the California Bar
