🚨 We're Hiring: Project Manager (Water Infrastructure Projects)

📍 Location: Richmond, California | 💼 Full-Time | 🧠 Experience: 2–7 Years

PTS Advance has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving sustainable, community-impacting infrastructure projects—especially in the water sector.

As a Project Manager , you will play a vital role in planning, leading, and delivering construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. You'll set the tone early, de-risking project variables through smart planning, while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the tactical execution of complex infrastructure projects
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, and procurement
• Build and maintain key client relationships
• Represent the company at conferences and community events
• Support project pursuits, proposals, and preconstruction activities
• Champion site safety and lead by example
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and forecasting
• Guide project engineers, field teams, and project accountants
• Ensure strict compliance with contract terms and risk provisions

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

• 2–7 years of project management experience in construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of water infrastructure (piping systems, valves, mechanical installations)
• Familiarity with industry software like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera, etc.
• A team player and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
• Passion for sustainability, construction, and leadership
• Organized, proactive, and values-driven (loyalty, humility, reliability, and a can-do attitude)

💡 Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with QSP, SWPPP, LEED, or green building practices
• Familiarity with digital construction tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
