Role Overview: As the Marketing Manager - Lead Generation at Spartan Capital, you will be responsible for driving our lead generation initiatives across a variety of channels, including texting, direct mail, press 1 calling, email marketing, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), and social media. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, manage a team, and optimize campaigns to increase qualified leads for the business.
