Pricing Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing data, preparing client comparisons, and supporting representatives with pricing inquiries. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, adaptable, and skilled in building strong relationships with both internal teams and external reps.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze price comparisons for new and existing clients.
• Review and interpret claims data to determine product pricing.
• Research and respond to inquiries from representatives in a timely and professional manner.
• Meet with reps to discuss pricing analysis, address questions, and provide insights.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business needs and decision-making.
• Assist with projects and contribute to process improvements as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, modeling, etc.) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
• Strong work ethic, time management, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
