As the Regional Plant Director, you'll be the cornerstone of your assigned region, overseeing all manufacturing and warehouse operations. Your core mission will be to ensure safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across production, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.

You'll lead and mentor a team and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a highly visible role where you'll also represent the company to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in your region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting or exceeding daily production and cost targets while upholding the highest safety standards.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives through visual KPIs, training, and team engagement.
• Ensuring compliance with SQF guidelines and GMPs.
• Managing labor staffing and optimizing production.
• Overseeing all plant assets and maintenance.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 7-10 years of plant operations experience is required, with a preference for candidates from CPG and high-speed manufacturing environments .
• Strong knowledge and experience with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, MSHA).
• Proficiency with WMS systems .
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a keen eye for continuous improvement.
