About the Role:

As a Pharmacist, you'll be an integral part of our team, collaborating closely with pharmacy technicians to ensure the safe and accurate compounding and distribution of sterile medications. Your expertise directly impacts patient well-being across diverse demographics.

Responsibilities:

• Your Mission Includes:
• Compound prescriptions with precision and care.
• Ensure timely and accurate medication verification and distribution.
• Verify accuracy of prescriptions.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to manage medication orders and records.
• Engage in research activities to improve compounding techniques, develop new formulations, or investigate emerging therapies.
• Oversee and replenish medication supplies.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• PharmD degree and active pharmacist licensure from the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Sterile Compounding Certification (required).
• IV certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in sterile pharmacy practice.
• Proficiency in compounding sterile products and adherence to industry standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary starting at $57/hr
• Medical and dental benefits available after 90 days.
• Quarterly bonuses based on performance.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 40 hours provided after the first year of employment.
