Job Description

The Rizzuto Law Firm is seeking an ambitious intake specialist for our personal injury department.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS strong knowledge of personal injury cases so you can determine what cases should be signed up; excellent communication skills; impeccable organization skills.

Candidate must have the desire to take our intake system to the next level by taking part in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to track new case calls, and maximize our want to signed ratio.

$30 hourly

• Conduct initial intake interviews with potential personal injury clients
• Review and analyze case information to determine next steps in the legal process
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth case progression
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and case developments
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the intake process

• The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience managing personal injury intakes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
• The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology is required.
