Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Payroll Benefits Manager in Schaumburg, IL area! The qualified candidate will supervise the day to day work of the Payroll Department and Staff.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll transactions through software
• Maintain confidentiality
• Supervise administration of Health and Welfare/Pension for union & non-union employees
• Supervisor and Participate in union audits
• Ensure Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly payroll steps and accurately completed
• Must be able to prioritize effectively within time frames
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and communication effectively internally and externally
• Analyze, reconcile payroll related calculations to general ledger
• Coordinate with Accounting and Human Resources departments to ensure accurate management
• Maintain proper PTO accruals and entitlements
• Oversee 401K administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4-7 year’s pay roll experience
• Dayforce experience or equivalent
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Attention to Detail
