Patient Care Assistant Job Description

Under the supervision of the Lead Patient Care Assistant (PCA), the PCA will assist in maintaining the therapeutic environment and safety of the housing unit. The PCA will work in collaboration with both the medical and clinical staff in providing the most effective and supportive treatment to all clients admitted onto the housing unit. This position is included in a bargaining unit represented by SEIU.
