SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Operations Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, support business growth, and enhance team performance. This individual will take ownership of planning and executing projects across the Operations organization while applying proven process development experience to optimize workflows and implement improvements.

Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Operations Leadership Team, this role is a key contributor to the success of our broader organization. The Operations Project Manager will collaborate across departments—including Customer Support, Supply Chain, Finance, Planning, Engineering, OSP, and Sales & Marketing—to ensure alignment, clarity, and results.

POSITION SCHEDULE AND ONSITE REQUIREMENTS

This is a direct-hire, full-time, on-site position located at our Franklin, TN, location in Berry Farms.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends and late shifts as customer demands warrant. A small percentage of out-of-town, overnight travel may be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned as required.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with the Operations Leadership Team to define and launch strategic projects that align with company goals and drive long-term value.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, resource assignments, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, coordinating both internal teams and external stakeholders such as vendors, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure clear communication of project objectives, progress, and changes to all stakeholders, facilitating alignment across departments.
  • Identify and proactively remove project roadblocks; manage escalations and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project performance through key metrics and KPIs, delivering regular updates on scope, schedule, quality, budget, and customer impact.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by refining project management methodologies, tools, templates, and processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
  • Track and manage project budgets, ensuring financial oversight and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are delivered without negatively impacting service quality, customer satisfaction, or operational performance.
  • Create, document, and implement new or improved processes that support team performance, compliance, and operational growth.
  • Champion best practices in project governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study, or an equivalent of education and/or experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management is preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Telecommunications is preferred.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
