As we expand across major retail and e-commerce platforms—including Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, and many more—we are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to help drive our growth by overseeing and optimizing our supply chain, production, and retail operations. Must have retail, Amazon and/or D2C operations experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager with proven experience in the CPG space, and a strong foundation in D2C and wholesale operations, supply chain management, domestic and international manufacturing, demand planning, and financial reporting. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our continued growth across both retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing, Operations & Supply Chain Management

  • Manufacturing experience or managing third party manufacturers is required. Personal care or beauty fields are preferred.
  • Lead end-to-end operations, including supply chain, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment across retail, Amazon, D2C, and wholesale channels.
  • Manage relationships with domestic and international manufacturers, ensuring production aligns with demand forecasts and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries while minimizing costs and avoiding stockouts.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple channels and warehouses.
  • Oversee operational reporting, including cost of goods, shipping performance, and fulfillment KPIs.

Retail, Broker & E-Commerce Coordination

  • Partner with brokers, sales reps, and retail buyers to execute on merchandising, promotional calendars, and sell-through targets across Amazon, Walmart and other retailers.
  • Oversee EDI processes, order management, and coordination of retail and wholesale accounts.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in aligning inventory availability with planned campaigns and launches.

Demand Planning & Financial Oversight

  • Lead demand forecasting and planning processes in coordination with sales and finance teams.
  • Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in budget planning, cost analysis, and margin optimization to ensure operational goals are met.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on operational performance and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding and experience optimizing COGS, margin and profitability

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor junior operations staff or coordinators as the team grows.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer service, and finance to align operations with company-wide goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and scalability across all operational systems and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in operations management, supply chain, or related fields—preferably within a CPG or high-growth consumer brand.
  • Proven experience managing D2C, retail, and Amazon operations.
  • Hands-on experience with domestic and international manufacturing.
  • Strong grasp of demand planning, logistics, inventory control, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with Amazon Vendor or Seller Central and EDI systems.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with inventory management software, CRM, or ERP tools.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
