ECD Automotive Design is seeking a polished and personable Brand Experience Ambassador to represent our vehicles and engage guests at our Nantucket brand collaboration space on 10 Easy Street . This seasonal, part-time role is ideal for someone who excels in luxury environments, enjoys hosting high-net-worth clients, and has a natural flair for visual storytelling and social media. This is not a retail sales job — it’s an opportunity to elevate brand presence through in-person hospitality and lifestyle content moments.

🛠️ Job Title:

Brand Experience Ambassador – Nantucket Pop-Up

📍 Location: 10 Easy Street, Nantucket Island, MA

🗓️ Season: May – December

💼 Compensation: $25–$30/hour + potential referral incentives

🕐 Schedule:

Pop-Up Operating Days: Wednesday – Sunday

• Wed–Fri (Weekdays): 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Sat–Sun (Weekends): 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Estimated Weekly On-Site Hours: ~30 hours
• Hours may adjust based on seasonal traffic, local events, or business needs
• Each shift includes brand support duties such as social content capture, client engagement, and vehicle upkeep
• Additional availability for evening activations or on-call opportunities is a plus

✨ About the Role

ECD Automotive Design builds one-of-one, hand-crafted Land Rovers and Range Rovers for clients around the world. Our Nantucket presence is not a traditional dealership — it’s a lifestyle-driven brand experience , offering prospective clients a chance to connect with the brand through elevated interactions, curated vehicle showcases, and storytelling.

As our Brand Experience Ambassador , you’ll welcome guests to our space, coordinate test drives, assist in capturing visual content, and keep our outdoor vehicle displays clean and pristine. The role is designed to maintain ECD’s high-touch luxury image while supporting marketing visibility and brand storytelling across the island.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Host and welcome guests to the ECD collaboration space at 10 Easy Street
• Provide a high-level overview of the ECD brand and custom build experience
• Conduct and assist with scheduled or walk-in test drives
• Maintain vehicle appearance and positioning for daily public display
• Capture or assist with social content (photos, short videos, behind-the-scenes)
• Move vehicles to scenic or strategic locations for events or visibility
• Support Saturday/Sunday activations and represent ECD at select lifestyle events
• Forward qualified inquiries to the ECD sales team for follow-up (non-sales role)
• Act as a consistent, polished presence for the ECD brand throughout the season

✅ What You Bring:

• Experience in luxury hospitality, retail, real estate, or gallery-style roles
• A confident, composed, and client-ready demeanor
• Familiarity with luxury aesthetics and social media content
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfort working independently and managing a dynamic daily schedule
• Ability to uphold presentation, poise, and brand tone at all times

🚘 Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in lifestyle photography, social content creation, or UGC
• Have worked in Nantucket or other seasonal luxury destinations
• Understand the culture and pace of luxury activations, pop-ups, or brand events
