Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Mobility Coordinator to join our team and support our global talent initiatives. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the administration and execution of international mobility programs, including immigration, tax compliance, relocation, and global policy development. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless employee experience and compliance with global mobility regulations.

This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing internal processes, and supporting the ongoing evolution of our global mobility framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders on matters related to immigration, relocation, and tax.
  • Support the preparation and submission of immigration petitions (nonimmigrant/immigrant visas) in collaboration with legal counsel and HR management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing mobility and relocation policies aligned with global business strategy.
  • Manage and ensure timely and accurate completion of all I-9 and E-Verify requirements for new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for general mobility-related inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Liaise with payroll and external tax consultants to submit accurate payroll data and support the tax return filing process for international assignees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and mobility-related data in internal systems.
  • Support the preparation of documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Contribute to fleet management and domestic/international relocation logistics as required.
  • Prepare and process mobility-related invoices and monitor vendor billing accuracy.
  • Other related duties to be assigned by direct supervisor
  • Frequent in person collaboration

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in global mobility, HR operations, or related fields.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors in a global environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and offer proactive solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Salary Range: $72,000-$80,000

*The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
