Technician is responsible for the repair, refurbishment, failure analysis, and complaint investigations of medical infusion pump devices. This role requires a strong understanding of service operations, including root cause analysis and documentation of findings using Oracle and other quality systems. The technician may also assist in training new employees and support on-site repairs when needed.
