Equity Staffing Group is hiring for a Customer & Technical Support Coordinator in Austell, GA. Our client is a leading global provider of advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions, known for producing high-performance materials and precision-engineered products for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and industrial markets. Shift timing: 8am to 5 PM
Pay Rate: $24/hr
The Customer & Technical Support Coordinator is essential in creating a positive customer experience by being the liaison between the customer, the manufacturing process and the sales professionals.
The main job functions will include responsibilities related to manufacturing takeoffs, door hardware analysis, processing purchase orders for fabrication, pricing verification, customer service/problem resolution and data maintenance.
