LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. You will play a critical role in maintaining and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems across a heavy industrial environment. You will work with a team of professionals committed to safety, precision, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of heavy industrial equipment.
• Utilize your skills in burning, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, combustion systems, and blueprint reading.
• Apply advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain a safe and efficient operation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical experience in a heavy industrial setting (steel industry experience is a strong plus).
• Proficiency in burning, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, combustion, mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading.
• Advanced hydraulics experience is highly desirable.

Compensation Range: $32/hr-$36/hr + Overtime

Work Schedule:

• Overtime Expected: 5-10 hours a week
• Swing shift rotation—work 4 days on, 2 days off, 4 days on, with extended breaks every 4th or 5th week (5-7 days off in a row).
