Job Description

International Logistics Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented International Logistics Coordinator to support the end-to-end movement of goods across international borders. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of shipments through ocean, air, and inland transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with global factories to schedule and oversee the loading and shipment of ocean containers.
  • Manage the customs clearance process by collaborating with customs brokers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant entries.
  • Arrange and monitor drayage services, ensuring smooth transitions from port to final destination.
  • Select and assign appropriate shipping methods and carriers based on cost, timeline, and reliability.
  • Prepare, review, and manage import documentation to support regulatory compliance and internal reporting.
  • Maintain and update logistics data in internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipping delays or issues.
  • Contribute to ongoing supply chain projects and support logistics process improvements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Hands-on experience in international logistics , including ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, and drayage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to navigate complex logistics issues.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for working with global vendors, freight partners, and internal teams.
