Position Overview:

A prominent, fast-paced household with 10 family members—including parents, seven children, and a grandparent—is seeking an experienced and professional  Full-Time Housekeeper to join a well-established domestic team. This role works in coordination with a 2nd   live-in housekeeper , a  full-time nanny , and a  private chef to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of the estate.

This position requires a detail-oriented, collaborative individual who thrives in a dynamic family setting. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, maintain discretion, and be accustomed to the standards of a high-service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-charge housekeeping: daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and organizing of all living spaces
• Laundry duties for the entire household, including delicate items, children’s clothing, linens, and wardrobe management
• Ironing and steaming garments and linens as needed
• Maintain household cleanliness and sanitation standards across multiple floors and family-use areas
• Work seamlessly alongside a live-in housekeeper to ensure daily and weekly task coverage
• Coordinate with the chef and nanny to ensure flow and efficiency throughout the home
• Support special projects such as holiday preparation, guest arrivals, and family events
• Occasional pet care or light errand running (as requested)
• Respect household routines, privacy, and preferences

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in private service, preferably in large or formal residences
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Familiarity with proper care for fine materials, luxury furnishings, and high-end laundry
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage time efficiently, take direction, and stay organized in a busy home
• Experience working around children; comfortable in a family-centric environment
• Flexibility for occasional weekends, holidays, and special family events
