Job Description

Corporate Hospitality Associate | $27/hr

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Corporate Hospitality Associate to ensure our office runs seamlessly and leaves a lasting impression on employees and clients. This role is critical in maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment, managing conference rooms, office supplies, and food & beverage pantries. You will also provide support as a back-up receptionist, so strong verbal and written communication skills in a corporate setting are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a memorable hospitality experience for all employees and clients.
  • Ensure all office supply areas, food & beverage pantries, and conference rooms are stocked, organized, and clean throughout the day.
  • Support reception with office operations, meeting setup, and event coordination.
  • Anticipate employee needs and provide proactive, personalized assistance.
  • Handle inquiries, requests, or complaints professionally, following up as needed.
  • Brew coffee, maintain pantry cleanliness, and ensure all amenities are ready and presentable.
  • Assist with light equipment or IT troubleshooting as needed.
  • Conduct inspections of office machines, printers, and pantry equipment, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
  • Collaborate with facilities, engineering, and building management to maintain a functional, polished workspace.
  • Manage inventory, restocking supplies, and adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Track daily activities and run end-of-day reports.
  • Perform other reasonable duties to support the team and maintain operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • College degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-energy, white-glove hospitality mindset; fast learner with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the office.
  • Professional appearance and grooming suitable for a corporate setting.
  • Team player with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent walking throughout the office to maintain organization, stock levels, and report on activities.
