Job Description

The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for their assigned Landscape Maintenance customers. They are the face of the company and focuses on building and maintaining long term relationships. This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio or Landscape Maintenance accounts, and communicating with crews to maintain Customer Satisfaction and Account Retention.

• Clients primary contact to ensure customer satisfaction
• Must be able to present opportunities for enhancements and ensure landscape maintenance
• operations meet quality and high standards
• Must be able to build long lasting relationships
• Sell and meet annual sales goals for new maintenance contracts and enhancements
• Actively promote weekly/monthly property inspections with customers
• Work with operations to oversee portfolio and properties
• Participate in all contract renewal processes
• New contract sales including snow and landscape maintenance
• Meet short term and long-term sales goals through out through contract enhancement
• opportunitiesOther task and duties as assigned by ownership
• Attend all office functions and ongoing meetings
• Skills
• 2 years of field/account management experience
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Prior experience in our industry including local market preferred
• Must be familiar with maintenance and snow estimating including pricing
