Job Description

High Country Corporate Affairs Search is proud to partner with a leading public company in the search for an Investor Relations Manager based in Denver, CO. Reporting to the Director of Investor Relations, this highly visible role will play a key part in engaging with institutional investors, equity analysts, and other key stakeholders to enhance the company’s position in the financial markets.

We are seeking a financially fluent professional with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of capital markets and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience, including at least 1-2 years in public company Investor Relations. Candidates without direct IR experience must have prior equity research experience, which is essential for effectively engaging with the investment community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of IR strategies, investor messaging, and financial communications.
  • Prepare earnings materials, investor presentations, and key disclosures to ensure consistent and transparent communication with the market.
  • Analyze sell-side research, peer performance, and market trends to provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Director of IR and senior leadership in managing investor outreach, targeting, and event coordination.
  • This position is based in Denver, CO, and requires a commitment to working in-office 4-5 days per week.
