Job Description

TII is a privately held family-owned global holding company located in Las Vegas, Nevada with interests in metal processing, energy, real estate, pharmaceuticals, and other business sectors. TII and its affiliates constitute the family office of an organization with 60 years of history and success in various industries. The TFO manages a portfolio of wholly owned businesses, strategic joint ventures, financial investments, and charitable foundations.

Although there is a general investment mandate, TFO may also seek to invest in the application of technology solutions (AI, material science, process automation) to industrial manufacturing. The investment approach will blend both a strategic focus on niche positions in certain market verticals as well as opportunistic investing in areas where the TFO has unique insights.

  • Compile, on quarterly basis, reporting materials for individual companies and, in the aggregate, for the TFO portfolio.
  • Serve as an Investment Committee observer \providing supplementary data and insights from underwriting and monitoring analyses.
  • Work closely with legal and tax professionals to ensure all investments are properly documented with organized record keeping.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of accounting including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and the interrelationships related thereto

  • Curiosity to explore, investigate and challenge business models and financial projections
  • Detail and deadline oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of capital stewardship and risk management
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written skills

Experience and Qualifications:
