Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, sharp, and motivated individual to join our team in an Administrative Assistant role. This is an ideal position for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and has an administrative background.

Responsibilities:

  • Intake calls from potential clients (you’ll be trained, but must be able to think on your feet and communicate well)
  • Backup for e-filing and related tasks
  • Help research public records/indexes for filings
  • General assistant duties as delegated
  • Rotate phone coverage (approx. 1 hour/day)
  • Order supplies, snacks, manage mail, scanning/filing
  • Coordinate logistics: client meetings, mediations, lunches, calendar/schedule planning
  • Handle errands (bank runs, large document processing, filing, etc.)
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer proficiency required.
  • You’ll receive training on:
  • CLEO (legal ERP/billing software)
  • Box (file management)
  • DocuSign (digital signature app)
