About the role:

As an Inside Sales Representative at PayCargo, the leading fintech company focused on transforming the logistics industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients. You will use your knowledge of our innovative financial products and services to provide tailored solutions to logistics businesses, helping them streamline their operations, optimize cash flow, and reduce financial risk. This position is ideal for a motivated, results-driven individual with a strong interest in finance and logistics.

As the Inside Sales Representative, you will:

Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in the logistics industry through outbound prospecting, including cold/warm calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Qualify inbound leads from various marketing channels, understanding client needs and business pain points.
  • Use CRM tools to track and update lead information, ensuring all prospects are managed effectively.

Sales Outreach & Presentations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, explaining the value proposition of fintech solutions specifically designed for logistics businesses.
  • In conjunction with Account Managers, develop tailored sales pitches that address each prospect's specific financial needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop strategies and approaches to maximize sales success.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas monthly and quarterly.

Product Knowledge & Market Expertise:

  • Continuously learn about the latest trends in fintech and logistics industries to better understand client needs and effectively position the company's products.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's financial products and services, ensuring all sales communications are accurate and compelling.

Client Onboarding & Support:

  • Assist clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide post-sale support to resolve client inquiries or issues related to implementing fintech solutions.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the marketing, customer outreach, and product teams to align strategies and provide feedback on client trends and needs.
  • Generate regular sales reports, analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or logistics-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics industry and its financial needs (experience in logistics is a plus). Prior experience with freight forwarders, customs house brokers, ocean container transport, or air handlers is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with fintech products and solutions (e.g., payment processing, financing, supply chain finance).
  • Knowledge of logistics-specific financial pain points (e.g., cash flow, payment terms, invoicing).
