Title : HR Assistant

Duration: 6 Weeks Role

Location: Simpsonville, SC 29681

Hours/Shift: M-F 8 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Job Description/Responsibilities:Temporary assignment to scan all hard copy employee files into an electronic system
• Detail-Oriented
• High level of confidentiality
• Ability to alphabetize accurately
• Ability to utilize printer/scanner
• Other Misc. tasks requested by HR

Responsibilities:

• Qualifications/Requirements: Entry level position with HR experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Dexterity in hands and fingers for filing and typing electronic documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in time management
• Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively in a team environment and interacting in a professional and positive manner
• Able to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge of office devices and processes
