Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent for various positions within the organization. You will engage with candidates through various sourcing methods, conduct interviews, and assist in the overall recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in human resources and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Collaborate with managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping of candidate information
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through effective communication
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating and conducting employee orientation sessions
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
  • Conduct follow up surveys with new hires

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
  • Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and talent management strategies
  • Familiarity with technical recruiting processes is a plus
  • Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively
  • Understanding of employment & labor law principles
  • Skills in relationship management and employee relations are beneficial
  • Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus
