A privately owned, 95 room, boutique hotel in Boston's Back Bay, situated among the city's many cultural landmarks, universities, medical campuses, and areas of technological innovation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Sales Manager to help drive revenue, build client relationships, and support sales initiatives. As part of a family-owned and operated hotel , you’ll work alongside an experienced management team that values collaboration and professional development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in executing sales strategies to grow corporate, group, and leisure business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Identify business opportunities within the Boston market and work with leadership to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand.
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
  • Support revenue management efforts by helping to optimize pricing and occupancy.
  • Maintain basic sales reports and assist with forecasting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in hospitality sales or a related field is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Familiarity with the Boston market is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable using digital marketing and sales tools.
  • A team player with a proactive, self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn.
