Pay: $75-80

We are growing and looking for a Part-Time or PRN Physical Therapist to join our team.

This role offers a flexible schedule , supportive leadership, and the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as our patient base grows, if desired.

Your Role

• Provide one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes to help them regain independence and improve quality of life
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies for daily living
• Document progress accurately and maintain compliance with home health standards

What We’re Looking For

• California PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in the field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Previous home health experience
