Job Description

Position Title: Customer Service Representative – Banking/Finance Domain (Call Center Experience)

Location : Fully Onsite – Chandler, AZ 85224

Pay Rate : $21/hr on W2 paid weekly!

Assignment Length : 12+ months (Extension possible based on performance, attendance, and business need)

Training Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
  • After training, candidates follow their assigned shift

Shift Options (Post-Training)

  • Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM EST
  • Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
  • Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST
  • Monday–Friday | 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST

Role Summary

As a member of the Retirement & Benefits team, you'll support participants in employer-sponsored 401(k), pension, and deferred compensation plans. Your role involves guiding participants through account inquiries, assisting with transactions, and ensuring high-quality, error-free financial processing. This is a high-volume, customer-facing position that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • Strong computer literacy – must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems/screens while engaging clients
  • Excellent communication – clear grammar, professional tone, and listening skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-call environment
  • Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
  • Flexible, coachable, and eager to grow in the role
  • High level of professionalism and respect for confidential information
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude

Key Expectations (Pre-Submission Talking Points)

  • Cell Phones: Usage is restricted; managers will clarify designated use times and areas
  • Dress Code: Professional business casual attire required
  • Attendance: Use proper call-out procedures; communicate with direct supervisor and vendor
  • Punctuality: Maximum of 16 hours tardy allowed in the first 90 days
  • On-Site Requirement: Must report on-site during training period (remote afterward)
