Job Description

Heritage Tile seeks a Graphic Media Designer to join our team in Verona, WI.

The Graphic Media Designer is responsible for a wide variety of design and content deliverables, shaping visual aspects of both digital and print media. A qualified candidate will be experienced in generating creative concepts and following through to content production and distribution.

  Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing & sales teams through the conception and production of both strategic promotional campaigns and interior architecture models and design renderings.
  • Translate marketing needs and objectives into creative concepts and project proposals.
  • Support the user experience design initiatives for web, social media, email marketing and other interactive media.
  • Manage and maintain a catalog of sales tool content and collateral.
  • Execute graphic design, illustration, layout, printing, production, and photo and video editing tasks and deliverables for a variety of stakeholders, platforms and applications.
  • Develop a video media strategy to achieve an enhanced virtual experience of our tile products and installations.
  • Integrate advanced AI media creation tools into the production of visual media assets.
  • Coordinate project deliverables and timelines to ensure execution meets project assignments, target milestones and strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the Education Program webinar program development and deployment using the Prezi platform.
  • Leverage leading edge visualization technologies to enhance engagement and learning.
  • Assist in the production of 3D prototypes for production tooling and new product development.
  • Maintain standardized style guides, procedures, templates, and forms.
  • Assist in the development, organization, and administration of a library of creative assets.
  • Memorialize best practices and workflows for all graphic design processes.
  • Provide general office administrative support when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interior architecture, or digital media design
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience with demonstrated understanding and experience of marketing concepts and design principles
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. SketchUp design software experience desired.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work effectively on a team, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
