General Manager

Location – Scottsdale, AZ

Salary – $100k–$120k

Benefits – Bonus eligibility, H/D/V, PTO, 401K

A renowned, nationally recognized hospitality group is opening a new, high-volume, upscale restaurant in Scottsdale, AZ and is looking for a passionate, driven General Manager to lead the team!

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or AGM in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Proven track record of success with new restaurant openings .
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Deep understanding of financial operations, including P&L management and labor control.
• Experience working with trendy, concept-driven brands a strong plus.

Requirements:

• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations for a new, high-energy, high-volume restaurant.
• Hire, train, and lead a top-performing team while maintaining brand and service standards.
• Drive financial performance and ensure operational excellence.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through leadership, culture, and accountability.
• Collaborate with corporate partners on marketing, branding, and growth strategies.
