Location:  Better Collision Charleston-Tri County Area

Job Type:  Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Salary:  Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

· 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business

· Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

· Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks

· Advanced understanding of Estimates

· Must have prior experience with OEM

· Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures, scanning process

· Be able to understand instructions - written and verbal

· Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

· Ability to provide exceptional, personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers

· Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

· This individual will also reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review the previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends

· General Managers must ensure our teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Better Collision’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards

 

Requirements:
