An early-stage startup is building an innovative platform that uses generative AI to redefine how businesses operate their payments and engage with customers. Backed by seed funding from top-tier investors , they are scaling rapidly and building out a team of forward-thinking individuals to help shape their product and culture.

The Role

They’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join as one of their founding technical hires . In this role, you’ll have significant ownership over product development, working on exciting AI-powered features and directly impacting their users' experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance features using modern full-stack technologies like React , Redux , TypeScript , and Python .
• Build and implement AI-powered solutions across text, image, video, and audio modalities.
• Collaborate with a small, high-performing team to ensure seamless backend integrations and optimize system architecture.
• Engage with user feedback to continuously enhance the platform and address customer pain points.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript , React , and Python , with experience in web development and API integration.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure tools like Terraform and AWS .
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and scalable system design.
• Interest in generative AI and its applications is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-first mindset.
