Professional Search Group OC is seeking a Temporary Contact Center Representative (Member Service Rep 1) to support our banking client’s call center operations. This role is needed for up to six weeks to cover an employee’s leave of absence. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience handling banking products, inquiries, and transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Member Service Rep Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound member inquiries via phone, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with checking accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
• Provide accurate information and guidance on banking services and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented, high-volume call center environment.

Member Service Rep Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or sales environment.
• 1+ year of experience handling high-volume phone calls, preferably in a financial institution.
• Familiarity with checking accounts, loans, credit cards, and banking products .
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required.
