What you would be doing:
A Facility Manager with an architecture background brings a unique blend of technical, design, and operational expertise to the management of buildings and infrastructure. This role ensures that facilities are functional, efficient, safe, and sustainable throughout their lifecycle, while leveraging architectural knowledge to optimize building performance and user experience.
Specialized Skills from Architecture
What we require:
Education
Bachelor’s or master’s in architecture, Facility Management, or related field
Certifications (optional)
Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), etc.
Experience
Prior experience in architecture, construction, or facility management
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CAD, BIM, facility management software, and project management tools
Soft Skills
Communication, leadership, teamwork, and organizational abilities
