Job Title: Entry-Level Virtual Hotel Reservationist

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in making hotel reservations via phone, email, or online chat.
Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, room types, and pricing.
Offer recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
Coordinate with various hotel vendors to ensure a seamless booking experience.
Handle customer inquiries, cancellations, and modifications to reservations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay up-to-date with hotel promotions, travel packages, and special offers.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable high-speed internet connection (WiFi).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online booking systems (training will be provided).
Enthusiasm for travel and customer service.
