We have an immediate opening for a motivated and energetic Event Assistant to join our growing event marketing team!

As an Entry Level Event Assistant , you’ll play a vital role in planning and executing live marketing events while gaining valuable hands-on experience in event management, brand promotions, and client relations . This position is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, outgoing, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the organization and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients to understand goals, timelines, and expectations.
  • Coordinate event setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor relations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage event registration, guest engagement, and on-site activities.
  • Work closely with marketing and production teams to ensure events run efficiently and meet objectives.
  • Gather client and attendee feedback and assist in compiling post-event reports for continued improvement.
