🔍 The Work
You’ll focus on wage and hour class actions (90%) and individual FEHA/retaliation matters (10%), including:
• Drafting complaints, mediation briefs, and settlement agreements
• Leading depositions and court appearances
• Supporting strategy and client advocacy from start to finish
💸 Compensation & Rewards
• Salary Range: Up to $200,000 DOE
• Performance Bonus: Discretionary year-end bonuses + annual raises
• Origination Bonus: Earn 12.5% of attorneys’ fees for cases you originate (7.5% with referrals)
