Our team thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment. We are looking for an Ecommerce Merchandiser who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing product listings and driving sales growth through data-driven merchandising strategies.

Position Overview

As our Ecommerce Merchandiser , you will be responsible for managing product assortments, optimizing collection pages, and enhancing the customer shopping experience across our online stores. This role is ideal for a data-savvy individual who understands product performance analytics, on-site search optimization, and visual merchandising to drive conversions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Product Performance & Optimization

• Analyze product sales and return trends using Shopify and our Inventory Management System to refine merchandising strategies.
• Monitor and improve site search performance by optimizing filters, product tagging, and reducing search abandonment.
• Optimize product listings by enhancing descriptions, images, and media content.

Collection & Navigation Strategy

• Manage collection page assortments by pinning, boosting, and prioritizing products based on performance, trending items, and overstock.
• Audit and refine collection pages to improve navigation, visuals, and product visibility.
• Optimize site navigation and SearchSpring data for better discoverability of key products.

Sales Growth & Merchandising Strategy

• Develop product bundles to increase average order value.
• Curate and maintain a "What's Trending" list for marketing and promotional efforts.
• Track key growth metrics , compare against goals, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure smooth new product launches , completing all merchandising steps 15 days prior.

Performance Reporting & Insights

• Generate reports on sales, returns, and search trends to drive ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to align merchandising with promotional campaigns and SEO initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, product management, or digital marketing .
• Strong understanding of Shopify , product sorting, and data-driven merchandising strategies.
• Experience optimizing on-site search, category navigation, and collection pages .
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive merchandising decisions .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment .
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SearchSpring, Google Analytics, or BI tools is a plus.
