About the Job:

We are looking for an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to oversee and grow our marketplace and drop ship operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Meta, DoorDash, and other key platforms. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead two direct reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue, optimize workflows, and support content and promotional initiatives

  A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

  Marketplace Growth

  • Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, TikTok, Meta, and DoorDash, ensuring listings, content, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
  • Execute pricing updates and promotional campaigns across platforms, aligned with broader eCommerce profitability goals.
  • Monitor marketplace KPIs and support reporting on sales, conversion, and customer behavior trends.
  • Coordinate TikTok LIVE sessions in partnership with Buying and Marketing teams.
  • Manage aspects of our TikTok creator and affiliate program, supported by a direct report—setting product targets, supporting outreach, and tracking content delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies, SLAs, and brand standards.

Drop Ship Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day drop ship operations with support from a direct report.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of new vendors and accuracy in product data, shipping, and compliance.
  • Monitor key metrics like ship times, cancellations, and returns, in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Manage and mentor two direct reports.
  • Set clear goals, workflows, and expectations for each team member.
  • Support skill development and career growth through regular coaching and feedback.
  • Foster collaboration across eCommerce, Buying, Marketing, IT, and Operations.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce, including experience in marketplace channels (Amazon FBA, TikTok, Meta, DoorDash, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience managing and/or mentoring team members or cross-functional projects.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Familiarity with feed management tools like Feedonomics, ChannelAdvisor, or CommerceHub.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • A curiosity-driven mindset—you look for ways to improve and streamline processes.
  • Occasional weekend availability during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday)

Salary Range : $100,000 - $110,000

  • Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
  • Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
