How you will make an impact: 

As the Director of Nursing at Tudor Oaks, you’ll lead clinical and administrative nursing operations to ensure residents receive top-tier physical, mental, and psychosocial care tailored to their individualized plans. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and uphold ethical, high-quality nursing standards; manage staffing, performance, and policy implementation; maintain regulatory compliance and quality assurance; oversee inventory and budgeting; and provide hands-on clinical guidance when needed. You’ll foster a respectful, dignified environment for residents and continuously advance your professional expertise to stay aligned with best practices.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, including rotating weekends and holidays, and with availability for on-call.

What you will need: 

  • Registered Nurse license in the state of WI (required).
  • 3 years of senior living nursing leadership experience (required).
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (required).
  • Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, effectively communicate, and interact with staff, residents, family members, and beyond.
