Job Description

DIME is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize our nationwide digital campaigns across paid and organic channels. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll help grow our brand presence, customer base, and sales through digital advertising, SEO, and performance marketing—especially in legally complex markets like cannabis. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, results-driven, and thrive in fast-paced, highly regulated industries where creativity and compliance go hand in hand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute Digital Campaigns: Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, programmatic platforms, paid social, and retargeting channels.
  • Optimize SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and metadata, and improve site structure to drive organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with internal creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and digital assets aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Analyze & Report: Monitor digital performance using Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, and marketing automation tools—then translate data into actionable insights.
  • Support Events Digitally: Assist in promoting nationwide events through digital channels, helping drive attendance and post-event engagement.
  • Ensure Compliance: Operate within advertising restrictions unique to cannabis and similar regulated industries, identifying platforms and messaging strategies that meet legal requirements.
  • Website Maintenance: Support updates and optimizations to improve user experience, conversion rates, and SEO performance.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Build and optimize email flows, segment audiences, and monitor engagement metrics to improve outreach effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, ideally within a regulated industry like cannabis, alcohol, or pharma.
  • Paid Media Skills: Familiarity with managing PPC and programmatic campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
  • SEO Proficiency: Proven ability to conduct audits, identify keyword opportunities, optimize content, and drive measurable improvements in search rankings and traffic.
  • Tech Tools: Comfortable with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, WordPress, and email/CRM platforms like HubSpot or Klaviyo.
  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into the data to find opportunities, inefficiencies, and creative solutions.
  • Strong Communicator: Clear and concise writing skills—especially when crafting ad copy, landing page content, or SEO-optimized web pages.
  • Compliance-Minded: Bonus if you have experience working within legal limitations tied to ad platforms, age-gated content, or redlined industries.
