We're currently supporting our, client located in Rochester, NH , who are looking for a full-time, on-site Operations Director to lead and transform their electronics manufacturing & asset disposition facility. This is a pivotal role for the business, with strong salary packages on offer for the right candidate!

The Opportunity:

This is a hands-on leadership role at a site that needs structure, direction, and operational discipline. With a team of 35 and direct oversight of 3 Production Managers, 1 Admin, and 1 IT Lead , the incoming Director will be responsible for creating and enforcing the foundational elements of effective plant management. The successful candidate will be expected to establish structure, drive accountability, and lead from the front .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, instilling discipline, structure, and process.
• Implement core management routines: team kick offs, KPI tracking, performance reviews.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Coach and develop team leaders to ensure consistent execution and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, admin, and production teams to streamline operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership in ITAD Operations or IT asset disposition/decommissioning environments.
• Experience overseeing site wide P&L and managing key customers on site.
• A hands-on, decisive leader who thrives in a transformation or turnaround environment.
• ITAD experience is a plus, but minimum experience of exposure to repair/reverse logistics environments within the IT hardware industry is a must have.
