Skills and Qualifications:

• Front desk experience as a treatment coordinator (2 years preferred)
• Experience with a multi-phone line system and general tasks
• Excellent multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
• Strong Knowledge of insurance verification, treatment planning and billing procedures
• Coordinate scheduling appointments
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
