Position Overview:
The Entry-Level Operator / Data Entry Specialist will support daily operational activities, focusing on data entry, batch processing, invoice tracking, and monitoring system queues. This role ensures that essential business processes run smoothly and that key operational activities—especially those supporting the Rockwood, PA site—are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Run and monitor daily operational activities, including batch job processing.
• Perform ad hoc operational tasks and download files as needed.
• Monitor operational queues and inboxes to ensure timely response and issue resolution.
• Enter and maintain IT invoice data, payment statuses, and reporting information.
• Track and update invoice reports; ensure accuracy of financial and operational records.
• Support day operator responsibilities, ensuring prioritized tasks for Rockwood, PA are completed.
• Maintain strong time management and organizational practices to meet daily deadlines.
• Collaborate with IT Financial Analyst Lead and other team members.
• Follow a structured training program beginning mid-December (if starting ASAP).

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable with repetitive data entry tasks.
