• Contract Duration: 7-months
• Worksite Location : Wichita, KS
• Compensation : $17.62/hour

What you’ll do as a Customer Service Representative:

• Prepare and submit accurate export documentation for ocean shipments, including bills of lading, EEI filings, and import ISF filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Bureau of Census regulations
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, third-party facilities, and global stakeholders to execute shipments and resolve documentation issues
• Manage customer requests and problem resolution using SAP and internal systems
• Communicate shipment updates and requirements with internal teams and external partners
• Support import coordination, including broker engagement and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to ongoing documentation accuracy and stakeholder communication across business units
• Perform administrative and support tasks as needed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What you’ll bring to the Customer Service Representative role:

• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
• At least 1 year of office experience; 2+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP, AS/400, or GT Nexus preferred
• Familiarity with Incoterms, customs clearance, insurance, and claims
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse global teams
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment with multiple systems and shifting priorities
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
