Our client is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for the overall client experience of the accounts assigned to you. You will be accountable for understanding, managing, and overseeing all technical configurations within the client's organization. You will also serve as the client champion with key knowledge about our customer's people, processes, and technology. Additionally, you will be the primary escalation point for all matters related to service delivery and client communications.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Work with existing sales team members to implement and execute on standard company’s policies and processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams that further accomplishment of the company’s scalability goals.
  • Align reporting and communication with the EOS business framework.
  • Engage with all internal and external contracts with appropriate professional soft skills

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College, or University, and/or training or equivalent combination or education and 5+ years’ experience in the financial services vertical.
  • Prior experience working at a Managed Service Provider/ Managed Security Service Provider
  • Engaging at all levels within an organization right to C level

  • Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Base salary range of $90K to $100K based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
