LaSalle Network is partnering with a multibillion dollar company and they are seeking a Call Center Representative for their Lexington, KY office.



Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

• Making outbound and taking inbound calls within department KPI goals
• Entering data accurately into the system
• Utilizing critical thinking skills over the phone to assist hotels and clients with issues
• Communicating issues effectively and professionally with all clients and departments
• Utilizing proper grammar and appropriate speech to notate client needs and issues
• Completing assigned duties on time
• Performing other duties as needed or assigned

Call Center Representative Requirements:

• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient communication that includes telephone, verbal and written skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook programs
