SALARY ---> $75K-$85K Base Salary DOE
BONUS ---> Year-End Goal (10%) + Quarterly Bonus Potential (5%)
LOCATION ---> “Hybrid” Role in Nashville, TN @ Clarus HQ
The CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (CSM) at Clarus will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to revolutionize patient communication within large Healthcare Systems. Our product, a sophisticated Call Management Solution, is designed to enhance both daytime and after-hours patient interactions. As a CSM, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of new customers during onboarding and throughout their lifetime with Clarus. Think of managing relationships instead of a team!
